Refund & Return Policy

At RISE EMBER, we strive to provide high-quality apparel and an excellent customer experience.
Please read the following policy before placing an order.


Price Protection

If you purchase an item and the price on our website drops within 72 hours, we will refund the difference.


Best Price Guarantee

If you see the same product sold online at a lower price, send us the link.
In most cases, we will match or beat the price.


Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

If the shipping address is entered incorrectly:

  • RISE EMBER is not liable for failed delivery

  • the customer bears responsibility

If you realize the address is wrong, contact us immediately.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, the address cannot be changed.


Order Cancellation

Because each item is made individually:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, production may begin, and cancellation may not be possible.

  • If the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Return Policy

All products are made individually for each customer; therefore, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • customer ordered the wrong size

  • customer changed their mind

  • customer dislikes the style or design

However, returns or refunds ARE accepted in the following cases:

RISE EMBER accepts returns if:

  1. The item arrives damaged

  2. The print is incorrect or defective

  3. You received the wrong product

  4. The item contains clear production flaws

Requirements:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide photos/videos of the defect or problem

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition

If approved, we will offer:

  • a free replacement, or

  • a full refund

Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by RISE EMBER.


Items Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

  1. Photos of the packaging (front and back)

  2. Photos or video of the damaged item

  3. Your order number

  4. Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Situations

RISE EMBER cannot offer a refund or replacement if:

  1. The incorrect size was ordered by the customer

  2. The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  3. More than 7 days have passed since receiving the order

  4. The product was customized incorrectly by the customer

  5. The product shows signs of use not related to manufacturing defects


Refund Processing Time

Refund times vary depending on your payment method and bank:

  • Account balance — real time

  • PayPal — real time or up to 24 hours

  • Credit/Debit Card — 3–7 business days

  • Bank transfer — 3–10 business days

International payments may take longer depending on the financial institution.


Warranty — Print & Material Quality

RISE EMBER provides a 30-day warranty on print and material defects.

If your item experiences print peeling, fading, cracking, or other manufacturing-related issues within 30 days, we will replace it free of charge.

Evidence (photos/videos) must be provided.


Return Address

Do NOT return items without contacting RISE EMBER first.

A return address will be provided once your claim is approved.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
