RISE EMBER ships products worldwide. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and local postal operations. Please read the following information carefully.


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries around the world.
If delivery to your address is not possible due to regional restrictions, we will contact you before processing the order.

Please enter your shipping address in English to avoid delays.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:

  • destination country

  • shipping method

  • product type

  • warehouse and fulfillment location

Shipping costs are displayed:

  1. On the product page

  2. At checkout after you enter your address

  3. After selecting your shipping method

If the actual shipping cost for your region is higher than shown at checkout, we will contact you for confirmation before processing the order.


3. Delivery Time

Total delivery time consists of two parts:

Processing Time (Lead Time)

Time needed to prepare and produce your order.
Usually 1–5 business days.

Shipping Time

Time needed for delivery after the order leaves our facility.
Typically 7–20 business days, depending on destination.

Please note:

  • All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Customs inspections, weather conditions, and international logistics may cause delays outside our control.

RISE EMBER is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other external factors.


4. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days later than the estimated delivery window, you may request:

  • a full refund, or

  • a replacement shipment

You must contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate.

This refund applies only if the package is confirmed as delayed or lost based on postal tracking.


5. Insurance (Optional)

Customers are responsible for the risk of loss or damage during international shipping unless optional shipping insurance has been purchased.

If you would like to insure your shipment, contact us before placing your order.

If insured shipment is lost or damaged:

  • you must send photos and details

  • we will file a claim with the insurer

  • a refund or replacement will be issued after the insurer confirms the claim

If insurance is not purchased, RISE EMBER is not responsible for damage or loss caused by postal services.


6. Packaging

All items are packaged securely for international delivery using standard export packaging.
If any damage occurs during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package with:

  • photos of the outer packaging

  • photos or video of the damaged item

  • description of the issue

  • order number

We will assist you with a solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
